About the Role
Youll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing independent retail partners across KwaZulu-Natal. Your goal is to drive revenue growth through strong relationship management, account servicing, and delivering excellent customer engagement.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and retail buyers

• Drive store sign-ups to a digital retail platform

• Provide onboarding support and ensure long-term engagement

• Identify new business opportunities and manage a regional sales pipeline

• Deliver monthly sales and account performance updates

• Travel to stores across the province as required

What You Bring

• Previous sales and account management experience in retail/FMCG

• Excellent relationship-building and client service skills

• Own car and valid drivers licence (travel required)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Industry contacts in the independent or regional retail sector (advantageous)
