Job Description

Reputable and established accounting firm, seeks an experienced Company Secretary to join their team. Their culture is one that encourages accountability, teamwork, and professional development. Join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining high standards of corporate governance, compliance, and operational excellence Exposure to a variety of company secretarial functions and provides an opportunity to work closely with directors and multiple legal entities What you will be doing: Manage all CIPC filings, including: Annual returns Beneficial ownership registers Directors and MOI amendments Incorporation and deregistration of companies Maintain securities registers, prepare share certificates and transfer forms Ensure FICA, KYC and AML compliance and maintain updated records on trusts, companies, directors, and beneficial owners Provide general secretarial administration and arrange signatures of documents Assist with factual finding reports and draft resolutions, letters, and other supporting documentation Offer general support to directors on company secretarial matters What we are looking for: Strong administrative and organizational skills Proven background aligned with listed responsibilities Diploma in Administration or Management Assistant advantageous Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of governance and compliance principles preferred Benefits and unique aspects: Exposure to multiple entities and governance structures Supportive, collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and upskilling If you haven’t heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
