• Sell new vehicles to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, options, pricing, and financing.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and test drives promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
• Work closely with management and the service department to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in new vehicle sales or automotive sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license; own transport preferred.

Desirable:

• Experience with finance and insurance (F&I) processes.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required.
