Job Description
- Sell new vehicles to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, options, pricing, and financing.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and test drives promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
- Work closely with management and the service department to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new vehicle sales or automotive sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license; own transport preferred.
Desirable:
- Experience with finance and insurance (F&I) processes.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required.
