Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance, audit, and IFRS 17 reporting initiatives

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Finance / Accounting / Economics (Honours preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial or management analysis (insurance or financial services sector preferred)
• Strong modelling and Excel / BI tools expertise (Power BI, SQL, etc.)
• Solid understanding of IFRS, insurance metrics, and regulatory reporting.

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of investments. You’ll collaborate with senior executives and deal teams, helping to evaluate new opportunities, monitor portfolio companies, and deliver deep analytical insights that power growth.
