About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Lead Processor in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for quality assessing leads, ensuring their timely distribution throughout the Sales Team, and driving growth by meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by quality assessing leads speedily and ensuring same are distributed throughout the Sales Team;
- Ensuring own targets are met by qualifying all leads received within a reasonable time-frame;
- Increasing the efficiency of sales through data-driven decision-making from a lead’s perspective;
- Assisting in ensuring the sales strategy is met, by being efficient in the distribution of leads;
- Reporting to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads;
- Finding new and innovative ways for lead generation.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years client services experience in a corporate environment;
- Minimum 2 years sales experience;
- Prior experience in an administrative role;
- Must be a team player with assertiveness skills.
