Stellenbosch: Reservations Manager

Oversee the full reservations process from initial inquiry through to final confirmation, ensuring a flawless guest experience. Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team to consistently deliver exceptional service. Drive revenue performance through effective yield and inventory management, working closely with the Lodge Sales Manager and other key stakeholders. Manage all booking channels, guest communication platforms, and relationships with external partners. Handle VIP bookings and special requests with discretion and professionalism. Ensure accurate reporting, data management, and system maintenance within Protel Air. Collaborate with department heads to align on guest services, operations, and overall lodge standards. Contribute to management meetings with reports, insights, and recommendations.
