This role is pivotal in designing and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Formulate business cases for automation initiatives, including process analysis, technology recommendations, and implementation plans Lead cross-functional solution development teams comprising business users, analysts, and developers Design and validate automation solutions through artefacts such as PBMD, Pre-PDD, and test cycle documentation Research and evaluate emerging intelligent automation technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Hyper-automation) Drive organizational change management, including impact analysis, training, and stakeholder engagement Present business cases to the Intelligent Automation Steercom (IAS) and align initiatives with digital strategy Oversee demand and solution management, including opportunity assessments and backlog creation Develop KPIs and ROI strategies for automation projects Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or Computer Science Certifications in ITIL, Business Analysis, Automation Tools, and Project Management are advantageous 510 years of experience in the medical aid or insurance industry Minimum 3 years in an automation-focused Business Analyst role Proven experience in SDLC, BusDevOps frameworks, and UAT Apply now!
