They are seeking a competent Credit Supervisor to oversee the credit function, ensure efficient cashflow management, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Debtors Clerks/Credit Controllers, ensuring performance and daily workflow management.
• Oversee and manage a large debtors book, ensuring credit policies are effectively applied.
• Approve credit applications, review credit limits, and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Drive collections, reduce overdue accounts, and resolve escalated customer queries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly credit reports for management review.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Completed Finance-related diploma / post Matric qualification is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Credit Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Systems: Strong working experience on AccPac (non-negotiable).
• Experience managing a large book (R50m+).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure collections cycles.
