Job Description
- Sell new Ford vehicles, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, options, and pricing to prospective buyers.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products, promotions, and financing options.
- Liaise with management and the service department to ensure smooth delivery and handover of vehicles.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new vehicle sales, preferably within a Ford dealership.
- Strong knowledge of Ford product range and features.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license; own transport preferred.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
