Key Responsibilities:

• Drive results: Prepare and review monthly management accounts for both South Africa and Mauritius
• Lead with impact: Oversee and guide a Mauritius-based finance team, ensuring precision and performance
• Own the numbers: Manage reconciliations, journals, and statutory compliance
• Shape the future: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Optimise operations: Identify and implement process and control improvements
• Collaborate globally: Partner with local and cross-border operational teams
• Stay audit-ready: Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly qualified CA(SA) with completed SAICA articles
• Strong technical accounting expertise and meticulous attention to detail
• Confident leader with experience (or potential) managing teams
• Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
• Excellent communicator skilled in managing remote collaboration
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
• Proactive, process-driven mindset with a passion for improvement
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
