Reservations Manager Luxury Hotel | Cape Town An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager to join a prestigious Luxury Hotel in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead the reservations team, optimise booking operations, and ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience while driving revenue growth. ? Salary: R25,000 R30,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all bookings Lead, train, and manage the reservations team, including scheduling and performance reviews Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability to maximise revenue and occupancy Implement strategies to drive bookings across all channels direct, OTA, corporate, and group Maintain strong guest relations, resolving all inquiries promptly and professionally Prepare reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue metrics for management review Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to ensure cohesive guest experiences Requirements: Minimum 35 years experience in hotel reservations or a similar role Strong knowledge of PMS and online booking platforms Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue optimisation Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, including weekends and public holidays Whats Offered: ?
