About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join our Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and insurance, with experience working in the motor industry and dealership environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging financing and insurance solutions for customers, while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of products and extended warranties
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing bank finance approvals
- Understanding and complying with regulations that affect the financing of vehicles
- Signing of legal documents/contracts with clients
- Ensuring all vehicles are delivered and paid for by the respective bank within an acceptable time frame
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Finance and Insurance manager
- Experience working within the motor industry and dealership environment
- Working with dealerships like VW, Toyota, BMW, Hyundai etc.
- NQF 4 FAIS Qualification
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation (Legislative Requirement)
- Proven track record of reaching targets
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large volume of cars per month
- Good communication skills
- Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Valid SA Driver’s license
- Grade 12
