Cape Town City Centre: Pricing Analyst – Investment

Key Responsibilities: Conduct pricing analysis of non-performing debt portfolios to determine fair market value. Develop and maintain advanced financial models using techniques like DCF, Markov-chain, and runoff triangles. Support investment executives with analysis and recommendations for potential deals. Clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and KPIs driving portfolio performance. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of the pricing process. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field. 3 years in financial modelling, valuation, or credit risk analysis; experience with non-performing debt portfolios a plus. Strong Excel, SQL, Python, financial modelling, data analysis, valuation, and credit risk analysis. Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
