Job Description
Are you a seasoned SHEQ professional ready to drive safety, quality, and compliance to the next level? Our client is seeking a dynamic SHEQ Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality across their operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of SHEQ policies, systems, and procedures in line with local and international standards.

Conduct routine safety audits and site inspections to proactively identify risks and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and driving effective preventative measures.
-
Deliver safety training and awareness programmes across all levels of the organization.
-
Monitor SHEQ performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management and emissions control.
-
Ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards through internal audits and process reviews.
-
Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain strong industry relationships to stay ahead of compliance changes.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related field.

Recognised certifications in Health & Safety, Environmental, or Quality Management are advantageous.
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar SHEQ leadership role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of SHEQ-related legislation and best practices.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and relevant SHEQ software tools.
