Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen

• Support the team in maintaining consistent standards, presentation, and flavour

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

• Assist with stock management, ordering, and storage of ingredients

• Train and support junior kitchen staff where appropriate

• Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal specials

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen

• Strong culinary skills and a passion for learning and developing professionally

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards

• Knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations

• Team player with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
