Job Description

As the systems expert for all clinic-facing platforms, you will sit at the centre of vendor technology, internal development teams, and operational stakeholders. Youll optimise workflows, drive integrations, and ensure the clinics digital ecosystem runs reliably and at scale.
You will work closely with clinical users, US-based vendors, and a local engineering team to own configuration, API-driven integrations, system improvements, and overall product direction for clinical workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both technically strong and operationally intuitive.

What Youll Do

Become the subject matter expert for EHR, CRM, messaging and other clinical-facing platforms.

Manage vendor relationships, updates, roadmap alignment, and issue resolution.

Configure workflows, templates, automations, and integrations to support clinical and operational requirements.

Map data flows and document APIs, technical dependencies, and integration needs.

Translate clinical and business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Own the backlog for clinic-related digital systems and drive execution with urgency.

Guide and collaborate with developers on enhancements, testing, and deployment.

Provide day-to-day support to clinical teams, troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues.

Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across systems.

Conduct training, produce documentation, and support seamless adoption of new functionality.

Work overlapping hours to collaborate effectively with US-based vendors and teams.
What You Bring

Strong background in systems analysis, technical product ownership, or technology operations.

Experience working with EHR/EMR platforms, CRM systems, or messaging/automation tools.

Ability to interpret and work with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Technical fluency with configuration, workflow design, and multi-platform ecosystems.

Ability to work with developers; exposure to SQL, Postman or logs is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
