• Conduct inspections, repairs, and replacements on various air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems and components
• Communicate and coordinate with clients throughout the Western Cape to complete scheduled maintenance efficiently
• Perform daily site visits to ensure optimal system performance and deliver exceptional service quality

 
Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working specifically with chilled water systems (non-negotiable)
• Proven hands-on experience with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical and control circuits, and cooling towers
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, including thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings
• Valid driver’s license required

 
Qualifications

• Trade-tested in a relevant field
• Gas license highly advantageous

• Visit sites daily to keep systems running at their best and deliver top-quality service every time.

• At least 5 years of solid, hands-on experience working with chilled water systems (this one’s non-negotiable)
• Proven track record working with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical circuits, control panels, and cooling towers
• Strong understanding of electrical components like thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings
• A valid driver’s license is a must

• A minimum of 5 years of practical, in-depth experience working with chilled water systems (this remains essential)
• Demonstrated expertise with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical circuits, control panels, and cooling towers
• Solid knowledge of key electrical components, including thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings
• A valid driver’s licence is required
