Requirements:
Teaching qualification and 10+ years’ teaching experience
Experience in community upliftment
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Available Monday–Friday, 08h00–17h00, with flexibility for extra hours
Strong communication, crisis management, and leadership skills
Code 8 driver’s licence with PDP and own transport
Preference given to affirmative action candidates

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee aftercare operations, staff, and learners
Support learners with academics, activities, and personal growth
Manage budgets and maintain strong parent–school communication
Coordinate outreach, donations, and community events
