Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop charters, scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee contract and commercial management under NEC framework.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication.
• Drive proactive risk management, procurement scheduling, and cash flow control.
• Deliver successful close-out including commissioning, documentation, and invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional registration (ECSA) and/or PMP certification an advantage.
• 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale EPC projects in water treatment.
• Proven track record with NEC contracts.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Office, and project control tools.
