Luxury Hotel based in Hout Bay is looking for a Gate Concierge to provide personalized assistance to help guests navigate a property with ease. This will include meeting them at the arrival and departure point and guiding guests to their final destination within the property. Duties: Coordinating arrival services and providing information to guests. Provides personal assistance Assisting with ensuring security on the property Sign guests in and out at the gate Requirements: Grade 12 will be an advantage Previous experience receiving and welcoming guests Presentable with good communication skills Ability to coordinate vehicles Able to work night & day shifts
