Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred
  
• At least 6-8 years of experience working in software development teams
  
• Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications.
  
• Expert proficiency in Scrum is recommended.
  
• Expert proficiency in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• You will also identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
  
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform
  
• Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
  
• Lead by example, demonstrating Agile principles and practices in all interactions
