This position requires a highly organized and service-driven and hands on individual with a proven track record in managing Front Office and Housekeeping operations within a 5-star hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between departments, efficient systems management, and consistently high service standards. A sound understanding of financial controls and guest service excellence will be essential to the role. Experience 5 years experience in a guest accommodation, serviced apartment, or boutique hospitality environment, with a strong focus on Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position, overseeing guest services and housekeeping operations. Proven track record of managing guest check-ins/check-outs, maintenance coordination, and property presentation standards. Experience handling reservations, billing, and basic revenue or occupancy reporting. Excellent guest communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team coordination across cleaning, maintenance, and front-office functions. Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or booking platforms (e.g., NightsBridge, Opera, (or similar). Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting. Strong attention to detail in inventory control (linen, amenities, cleaning materials, etc.).
