Job Description
- Matric/Grade 12 is required; additional qualifications in Office Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration or management.
- Previous experience supervising a team is advantageous.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Leadership qualities and problem-solving ability.
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial administration.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Handle internal and external communications professionally.
Salary:
- Between R19,000 and R20,000 per month
