Johannesburg: Clinical Risk & Compliance Manager

Key Performance Areas: Clinical Risk Management & Assurance Regulatory & Legal Compliance Oversight Compliance Education & Culture Building Compliance Audit & Quality Integration Data, Reporting & Governance Support Minimum Required Education: Bachelors degree in health sciences or other clinical-related qualifications (essential). Postgraduate qualification in healthcare risk, compliance, or governance (preferred). Inherent Requirements: 5-8 years experience in healthcare risk, quality, or compliance management, preferably within a multisite hospital group. Demonstrated experience managing clinical and medicolegal risk, including case investigations and regulatory liaison. Working knowledge of South African healthcare legislation, accreditation frameworks, and governance systems. Strong background in incident analysis, root cause evaluation, and development of corrective actions. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive a culture of safety and compliance.
