About the Role

Take ownership of the group consolidation process across a portfolio of local and international entities, producing and reviewing monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. Lead the year-end financial reporting cycle and manage the group audit process end-to-end, ensuring accurate tax reporting and compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and review monthly management reports

  • Oversee month-end reviews of income statements and balance sheets

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior financial management role, strong background in group consolidations, reporting, and audit coordination, in-depth knowledge of financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

BCom Degree or equivalent, CA(SA) designation preferred.
