Qualifications & Education Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Additional certifications in sales, hospitality, or customer relationship management are an advantage. Experience 13 years experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or corporate/business development roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing corporate accounts, event bookings, or travel partnerships preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue. Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
