Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks related to HR functions as well as general office management duties. Responsibilities: – Manage the recruitment process, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks – Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs – Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements – Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration – Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed – Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field – Previous experience in HR administration or office management – Strong organizational and multitasking skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Knowledge of HR policies and procedures – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
