Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Monitor progress, maintain accurate site records, and report to management. Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines. Assist with site measurements, quality checks, and final handovers. Requirements: Matric Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in an engineering or construction environment. Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma (Mechanical or Civil background advantageous). Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high-quality standards. Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to various sites as required. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (SHEQ).
