Requirements: Proven experience winning and managing large B2B accounts across SA and Africa. Minimum 3 years experience managing a sales team with measurable performance improvement. Background in tech, communications, electronic security, IoT, or related B2B industries. Strong commercial acumen in pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation. Excellent CRM discipline and proficiency in Excel/Sheets. Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
