An experienced Head of Digital Transformation with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives in complex business environments. What Will You Do

• Lead the end-to-end digital transformation strategy across all divisions (Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and process optimisation
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, platforms, and tools
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with technology solutions
• Ensure the change management process is smooth, engaging, and business-aligned
• Introduce global best practices and ensure the business remains future-fit
• Drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise
• Build and manage a high-performing digital transformation team

What Do You Need

• Minimum of 1015 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior digital transformation role
• Experience working in or with large, complex FMCG or manufacturing businesses
• Deep knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, ERP systems, and innovation platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a high level
• A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous
• Experience working in emerging markets or within Africa would be a plus
