Duties: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across development and investment projects. Provide insightful analysis on project performance, profitability, and cash flow to support strategic decision-making. Partner with development, investment, and operations teams to evaluate new opportunities and optimize returns. Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, cost movements, and capital allocation to guide financial strategy. Support funding, debt, and investment planning activities through robust financial modelling. Drive process improvement and implement best practices in reporting, planning, and performance management. Act as a key business partner, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and uncovering growth opportunities. This role reports to the Head of Finance.
