Job Description Reporting to the Head of Department. You will be required to: Manage and execute architectural project stages 1 to 6. Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of school projects, including the preparation and submission of building plans to various municipalities. Work on a range of commercial and industrial architectural projects. Prepare and submit professional portfolios as required. Coordinate extensively with other disciplines (engineering, QS, contractors, consultants) to ensure seamless project integration. Ensure all work complies with Building Regulations, SANS standards, and relevant Municipal by-laws. Maintain CPD compliance in accordance with professional registration requirements. Conduct site visits as required for project monitoring and coordination. Qualifications Masters Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification. Professional Registration (Pr.Arch) Mandatory. Skills Revit Proficient AutoCAD Proficient Strong technical knowledge of building standards, municipal submission processes, and multidisciplinary coordination. Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience as a Professional Architect. Demonstrated experience across commercial, industrial, and educational sectors.
