Key Responsibilities Manage and support all dealer queries related to parts, pricing, orders, and invoicing. Navigate Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems with confidence and ensure precise part identification. Process dealer orders promptly while maintaining strict accuracy standards. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve stock or order discrepancies. Provide technical guidance on parts interpretation and product information. Assist in optimising parts processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in automotive parts sales or support within an OEM or franchised dealer environment. Strong competency in EPC systems and parts catalogue interpretation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
