A leading Managed Services Provider is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee technical operations, service delivery, engineering, and project execution. This leadership role involves managing a team of six, enforcing standards, and ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing client environments. Key Responsibilities Lead technical operations, architecture decisions, and solution design Oversee service delivery and SLA adherence using Zoho Desk and monitoring tools Manage infrastructure maintenance, patch compliance, and endpoint security Plan and execute client projects including migrations, upgrades, and cloud transitions Implement SOPs, enforce governance, and maintain compliance with MSP best practices Mentor and develop technical staff through performance reviews and skills planning Collaborate with commercial teams on technical scoping and proposals Drive continuous improvement through automation and proactive monitoring Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Bachelors degree in IT or related field Experience: 57 years in an MSP environment Proven experience leading technical teams Strong hands-on engineering capability in Microsoft 365 and networking Demonstrated success delivering complex IT projects Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and architecture Zoho Endpoint Central and Zoho Desk Endpoint security (Gravity Zone antivirus, EDR) Networking fundamentals and FortiGate firewall configuration Monitoring systems (Zabbix)
