- JOB TITLE:
Operations Compliance Specialist
- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ensure operational and transactional compliance by conducting detailed checks across the full order-to-pay lifecycle. This includes verifying that Estimates have been correctly converted to Orders and ensuring alignment. The role also involves the timely and accurate review of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to verify delivery fulfilment and documentation integrity.

- Product & Vendor Familiarity
- Accuracy and Diligence
- POD Review and Delivery Validation
- Documentation & Reporting: Transactional Alignment & Escalation
- Time Management & Prioritization
- QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 12 years of experience in operations, compliance, or order administration.
- Background in a similar industry or with relevant product/service knowledge either as a supplier or operational role.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in large sets of documents.
- Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
