Job Description
What Youll Do:
? Lead, coach & motivate a high-performing sales team
? Drive performance to exceed sales targets
? Monitor KPIs & provide constructive feedback
? Ensure compliance with company policies & QA standards
Requirements:
? 2+ years experience leading outbound sales teams
? Experience with telco campaigns (Mobile Sales, Wifi, Routers)
? Strong communication & leadership skills
? Proven ability to hit & exceed targets
