Job Description
Our client, a well-established Pietermaritzburg conveyancing firm, is seeking an experienced Bond Paralegal to join their team. If you have experience working with the Big 4 banks, strong attention to detail, and a passion for property law, this could be your next career move!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mortgage bond registrations and related documentation.
- Liaise confidently with banks, clients, and attorneys.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all bond-related processes.
- Support the conveyancing team with administrative and legal tasks.
Requirements:
- Conveyancing (bonds) experience.
- Proven experience with the Big 4 banks (ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Pietermaritzburg
