Front Office – Admin – Reservations. High End Luxury 5* Game Lodge Madikwe – North West Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality as FOH/Reservations. Responsible for reservations and FOH duties Good Communication skills are also a must and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations. This individual should also be able to assist with general administration at the lodge therefore strong administrative and organizational abilities essential. Coordinate bookings/reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently taking and processing payments. Curio shop sales and monthly stock take. Experience on PAN Hospitality reservations and accounting system would be a huge advantage. Duties will also include hosting of guests/agents and handling guest inquiries, concerns or complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Good command of the English language is a necessity as they will be dealing with mostly international guests. Further responsibilities will be doing room checks and overseeing housekeeping department. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and leading by example is very important. Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required.
