About the Role
Morgan Group is seeking a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team in Ermelo, providing customers with comprehensive Financial and Insurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting banks and insurance companies to obtain quotes
- Completing necessary paperwork for clients
- Advising customers on approved VAPs and services
- Ensuring the dealership is not exposed to any risk through effective solution presentation
- Month end processes
Requirements
- Matric
- FAIS compliant
- NCA registered
- RE 5 certificate
- 3 – 5 years of Finance and Insurance experience within the Motor industry
- Excellent administration skills
- Good numeracy
- Effective communication and customer service skills
