Job Description

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): General office administration and reception duties Handling incoming calls with a warm, professional telephone manner Assisting with quotations for sales representatives and the medical workshop Receiving deliveries and checking goods for dispatch Coordinating travel arrangements for management and sales staff Supporting the Western Cape Manager with tender completion Liaising with the Johannesburg office when required Requirements: Strong computer literacy Excellent communication skills Friendly, professional telephone manner Presentable and well-organised Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks If you enjoy a role with diverse duties and the opportunity to grow, this position offers a rewarding environment.
