Job Description
- Process monthly site rosters.
- Daily capturing of attendance.
- Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc work.
- Check if hours are correct on dummy run reports for wages.
- Support function to contractor manager.
- General administration including typing.
- Answering telephones and handling queries/complaints.
- Ensue that the company complies with all statutory requirements as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and relevant regulations.
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge and relevant experience in administration
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Bilingual (English and any other South African Language)
- Excellent client liaison and administration skills
- MS Office proficiently (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word)
- Clean disciplinary and criminal record
- Must reside in Piet Retief area
- Own transport
