What we’re looking for:

• A relevant degree (bonus points if you have it)
• Salesforce Certifications (show us those badges of honour) only a plus
• 8+ years Java development experience
• 2 to 4 years of proven Salesforce Development experience
• Solid front- and back-end development skills across modern frameworks and technologies
• Deep experience with OmniScript, Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components
• Exposure to Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of at least two of:
  • Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong grounding in DevOps & SDLC principles
• Ability to mentor, share knowledge, and elevate those around you
