What You’ll Be Up To

• Master the systems landscape, integration points, and data pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly
• Assist employees or customers with IT queries
• Monitor system performance and proactively address inefficiencies
• Document incidents and solutions using Confluence
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements
• Ensure compliance and maintain top-notch data security
• Train and guide users on best practices

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• 3-5 years integration/API experience
• ODS experience is a bonus
• Expert SQL knowledge & experience with large datasets
• Advanced skills in XML, JSON, batch processing, and API integration
• Strong verbal and written communication
