- Matric
- B.Com in Human Resource Management or similar
- Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
- MS Office & Sage Pastel(Advanced)
- Skilled in Processing Payroll (highly advantageous)
- Develop and implement long-term workforce plans aligned with organizational goals
- Forecast staffing needs, skills gaps, and succession requirements
- Lead organizational design initiatives to improve structure, efficiency, and scalability
- Support leadership in planning and executing change-management strategies during restructuring, mergers, or process changes
- Design and oversee performance-management frameworks that drive accountability and high performance
- Develop, update, and implement company-wide HR policies aligned with labour legislation
- Ensure compliance with employment law, workplace standards, and best HR practices
- Shape organizational culture through targeted initiatives that enhance engagement and retention
- Use HR metrics to inform strategic decisions (turnover trends, hiring metrics, skills analysis)
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility
- Present data-driven insights to improve workforce performance and cost efficiency
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational strategy, structure, and people development
- Implement selection frameworks that improve quality of hire and reduce hiring costs
- Identify high-potential employees and create structured succession plans for key positions
