We’re seeking a sharp, curious Actuarial Pricing Analyst to be part of a growing team at the intersection of actuarial science and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance pricing models for short-term (non-life) insurance products.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and improve pricing accuracy.
• Design, test, and validate models to ensure actuarial soundness and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver pricing insights and technical expertise.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to research initiatives advancing actuarial modeling and automation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Nearly or newly qualified Actuary (ASSA)
• Experience:
  • Experience in short-term insurance pricing
  • Solid understanding of actuarial and statistical methods (including GLMs)
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or similar programming languages
• Skills:
  • Applying machine learning in pricing or risk modelling
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and data-driven innovation
  • Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques
  • Understanding of pricing model governance and regulation
  • Exposure to big data or cloud platforms
