HR OFFICER- NORTHERN CAPE Responsibility: Time and Attendance Access Cards Payroll related Administration Recruitment / Retention Industrial relations Training and development Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate B. Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree At least 3-5 years’ HR generalist experience Valid Drivers’ License Previous experience working in the mining environment will be beneficial Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e., SAGE, Biometrics etc. Knowledge / Competencies /Abilities: Sound knowledge on recruitment / retention practises Extensive knowledge on South African Labour Legislation and procedures Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality Innovative and driven Must be medically fit and pass a medical examination To Apply:
