Job Description
You’ll play a pivotal role in managing talent planning by implementing the Companys talent and sourcing strategies, contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives, with a focus on the contingent and Statement of Work workforce. Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and associated reporting is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and Source Talent: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs.
– Recruitment and Selection: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. This includes matching/shortlisting, setting up interviews, onboarding, and managing suppliers and rate negotiations.
– Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes, including document collection, conducting fingerprints, requesting PIMs checks, and ensuring legal contracts are in place.
– Vendor Management: Oversee and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
– TES and RFQ Processes: Handle Tender Evaluation System (TES) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
Requirements:
– Matric/Grade 12 and a bachelors degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
– Experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
– Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including selecting top talent.
– In-depth understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.
– Experience with SAP Fieldglass is advantageous.
– Experience with Tender Evaluation System (TES) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
– Vendor management experience.
