Centurion: Company Secretary

The Company Secretary role requires the following: A minimum of 3 years company secretarial experience. A completed legal degree is required. Experience at a listed company is preferred, alternatively at a multinational, group of companies. Experienced in organizing and managing board and committee meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, board packs, and minutes. Strong understanding of company law. Self starter and strong attention to detail.
