Key Responsibilities Execute high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked items daily. Assist the Pastry Sous Chef with menu creation, recipe development, and specials. Minimum Requirements 23 years experience as a Pastry CDP or Pastry Demi in a 45 star kitchen . Strong technical pastry skills, including baking, confectionery, and fine-dining plating. A keen eye for detail and creative flair. Ability to work under pressure and meet high standards consistently. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
