• Perform Revit detailing and modeling to produce accurate technical and manufacturing drawings for fabrication and construction.
• Develop basic spatial layouts in Revit to optimize space utilization and functionality.
• Prepare Bills of Material and supporting spreadsheets for cost estimation, tracking, and project planning.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings for visualizing design concepts and final outputs using Lumion or Twinmotion.
• Prepare graphic presentations and mood boards using Adobe Photoshop.
• Execute AutoCAD tasks for site modeling and adjustments to CAD-based drawings and models.
• Participate in client meetings and interactions to review project progress, requirements, and necessary adjustments.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and timely execution.
• Assist with FF&E layouts and schedules using BIM standards.
• Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate projects across different time zones.

 
Requirements:

• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality technical and design drawings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including outside South African time zones.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate design challenges efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
• Creative initiative to propose and develop innovative design solutions.
• Proficient in Revit (3–4 years of hands-on experience in technical drawings and modeling).
• Proficient in AutoCAD for site modeling and detailed technical designs.
• Experienced in 3D rendering (Lumion or Twinmotion experience is a plus).
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for graphic presentations and mood boards.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with structural designers, electricians, plumbers, and subcontractors.
